Karen and Brian would like to give you a warm welcome to our B & B in the Marr area of Aberdeenshire. We have ample free parking and are situated 3.5 miles West of Insch on the B9002 and approximately 30 miles from the city of Aberdeen. There is a local railway station in Insch and a bus route 200yds from our B & B.

You will be well catered for in the region with the choice of Golf, Fishing & Walking and many Whisky and Castle trails to explore. Golfers have the choice of four local courses within twenty minutes drive or for the ambitious thirty five minutes drive to the world famous Trump International Golf Links Course ranked fourth best by the Golf World Magazine out of the top one hundred courses in Scotland right after the legendary St Andrews.

There are local towns of Huntly, Inverurie and Alford twenty minutes drive or by bus or rail. We are 5 minutes drive from the Historic Leith Hall which has just been fully restored to its former Glory. There are also a variety of Pubs and Restaurants locally.
